Our cancellation policy

Dear Parents,

Due to limited time within my teaching schedule, I have had to adopt a strict cancellation policy in relation to student attendance.

If a student is unable to attend his or her lesson for any reason, notice must be given by 9.00am the day before to allow for lessons to be rescheduled. Lessons will be forfeited if late or no notice is given.

If a student falls ill on the morning of their lesson (as I appreciate children sometimes do), I will accept notice before 8.00am that morning.
